Bookings can only
be accepted by persons over 21. A non-refundable deposit of
£100 per week booked is payable within seven days of telephone
reservation. The balance is to be paid at least four weeks before
the holiday start date, together with a refundable good housekeeping
bond of £100. In case there is no damage, the bond will
be returned within 14 days of departure from the cottage. The
proprietors reserve the right to re-let the property if the
balance is not paid when due.

The cottage is only
available to non smokers.

We only accept bookings
from either one couple, or a family group. Single sex groups
are not accepted. Sup-letting or transferred letting is not
allowed, unless by special arrangement. Under no circumstances
shall any person(s) other than those named on the booking form
enter the premises without prior permission from the proprietors.

Accommodation is
available from 2.00p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. Linen and electricity
is included in the tariff. Towels and teatowels are not included
so please remember to bring your own.

The proprietors reserve
the right to refuse accommodation, and any person/s whose behaviour
interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of neighbours or other
tenants, or is deemed unacceptable by the proprietors, will
be required to leave without refund. TVs, radios, musical instruments
should not be played so as to cause a nuisance to the neighbours.

The cottage must
be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to the cottage
or its contents must be reported immediately in order to allow
rime for repair before the start of the next tenancy. There
will be a charge for losses/breakages, and the good housekeeping
bond may be adjusted should any extra cleaning be required.
If damage/loss exceeds the £100 bond, you will be invoiced
for the difference. For your own protection, please check the
inventory on arrival and departure.

The proprietors cannot
accept any liability for injury sustained by any persons or
for the loss of or damage to any property brought onto the premises
including such items as hired DVDs. Neither can they accept
responsibility or liability for your vehicle. There is a designated
private parking space for a single vehicle. The vehicle is parked
there at the owners risk. Unfortunately, there are no facilities
or the storage of boats either in the garden or on the parking
slot.

Cancellations must
be notified in writing. Clients are reminded that they are legally
responsible for the full amount should the accommodation not
be re-let, although the proprietors will do their utmost to
avoid this situation, they strongly advise you to take out a
cancellation guarantee with your insurance agent to cover the
liability.

A dog may be accommodated
by special arrangement at a rate of £35 per week.

Please do not feed
the seagulls as it encourages them to approach people without
invitation, and also brings them into harms way from the road
traffic.
