It is part of the redevelopment of an original building used as a rail depot by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Being in the heart of Lostwithiel it has spectacular views to back and front and is ideally situated for fishing, rambling and touring the many delights of Cornwall.

`There is nothing else like it in Cornwall for all its qualities - restoring an historic building; creating high-quality riverside homes in an excellent location....' (Chris Tyson, chief executive of developers Wombwell Homes.)

It is ideal for family holidays, sleeping up to six people comfortably. If you would like more info. please email us at lostwithiel@fistral.net.
